Albert Leserra Jr, CEO & Founder of City Sun Appraisal Services,  has over 34 years of experience in residential real estate. Albert is Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of Florida & in the State of New York. He is an active Realtor® in the State of Florida & in the State of New York. Albert is also a Florida State Certified Special Magistrate (tax petition judge) for the VAB in the City of Orlando, Florida - which is an elected position with the Value Adjustment Board.

Currently Albert owns & operates City Sun Appraisal Services, which is a successful real estate appraisal firm servicing Central Florida and maintains client relationships will top local & national lenders, brokers, developers, attorneys & agents. Albert is a Realtor - Sale Agent with Premium Properties, which is the largest independent  brokerage in Central Florida with 7 Offices.  Albert is a Certified Special Magistrate in the State of Florida (tax petition judge) and has been elected by the Orange County Value Adjustment Board to conduct tax grievance hearings (part time).   

In 1990 Albert started his appraisal career working under Paul Schnitta of Schnitta Appraisal Company, White Plains, New York.  In 2001, Albert became a member of the National Association of Realtors® and obtained his Agent's license working under a top broker Jonathan Gumowitz of Coldwell Banker Signature with locations in Westchester & Bronx New York.  In 2006, Albert founded Cityline Appraisal Company in Tarrytown,  New York - servicing Westchester, & Bronx Counties. In 2009, he successfully completed an elite sales training course with Floyd Wickman and now is a Floyd Wickman Team member with a network of thousands of top brokers/agents across the county. After the mortgage crisis in 2008, Albert moved his business to Orlando, Florida in 2010 to service Orange County & surrounding Counties in Central Florida.
