The home of Universal Studios theme park.  Dr. Phillips area also features a 43-acre, state-of-the-art County park located on Big Sand Lake. Due to its location on the eastern shore of the beloved Butler Chain of Lakes, many residents are also active in boating and water sports.

The Town of Windermere is one of the nicest small towns in Florida.  It is located on the secondary roads about 15 miles west-southwest of downtown Orlando on the Butler Chain of Lakes.
